HPT Rentals Cancellation & Refund Policy
At HPT Rentals, we understand that event plans may change. Our Refund/Cancellation policy is as follows:
Deposits
Deposits are used to reserve equipment and secure your event date.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.
Cancellation Timeline
More than 14 days before event

Eligible for full refund minus any processing fees.
7–14 days before event

50% refund may be issued.
Less than 7 days before event

No refund will be issued.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Outdoor events may be affected by weather conditions.
HPT Rentals may offer:

Rescheduling based on equipment availability

Event credit for a future date
Company Cancellations
If HPT Rentals must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the Customer will receive a full refund.
