Welcome to High Point Tent Rentals, where we elevate your events with our beautiful tents! 1. All clients are required to purchase event insurance to cover their specific event. If necessary we will assist you in acquiring what is necessary. The usual cost for a 1 day event policy is between $50-$100 for $2million in coverage. 2. All renters are required to call 811 to have them mark any water/sewer/power lines prior to the setup, this is a free service. A waiver is also required to be signed releasing our company from liability in the event that something was damaged due to staking in an unmarked area. 3. All prices are listed without delivery fees. All orders will have a delivery fee added to the final bill. All delivery fees are based on logistics with a minimum of $100 for a standard delivery. A standard delivery is where the tent is being installed less than 200ft from the unloading zone and is staked on grass. (Savannah Area Only) Any other delivery is non-standard and subject to additional charges. 4. Water Barrel Weight Package requires a water source within 200ft of the tent site. 5.Lighting and Fan Packages include one 50ft extension cord. 6. All prices are based on events being booked a minimum of 48hrs in advance. Any events with less than 48hrs notice will be considered expedited and a $150 charge will be added to the final bill. 7. There is a $100 cleaning deposit required with every rental. This deposit will be applied to your final bill as a credit as long as the tent is clean. (Smoking is not allowed under tents and the tent will be marked as dirty if it smells like smoke.) 8. We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to hostile weather conditions. All cancellations due to weather will be given a full refund. If you need to cancel your booking, we offer a full refund with 48 hours or more notice, or a 50% refund if the notice is between 48 and 24 hours.
